Talking about moving has been a recurring theme in our house. Every few months we would start the conversation of moving to another state. Idaho, Tennessee, Nevada, and Arkansas have been some of our first choices. After a few days of obsessing over moving, we’d get distracted by something else and stop talking about it. After about a year though of going back and worth, we actually flew to Arkansas to test the waters. We researched each state with a fine tooth comb but kept getting drawn back to Arkansas. Keith and I were at a point in our lives where we wanted to try something different, something more, we were feeling adventurous. You only live once, and we feel this is our chance to try something new. Of course will miss our families, but we hope they can be supportive of our new chapter that we are diving into. This is one of the scariest and most thrilling things we’ve ever done.
Those masked people in the picture were headed on a plane for Arkansas. We decided to take a gamble and go check it out. We loved it so much we put our house on the market as soon as we got home. Within 5 days our house started escrow. It’s been a whirlwind of excitement ever since. There is so much to get done, but nothing our family of 4 can’t handle.
